4. Release any SIM card and SD card that was installed on your OPPO JOY PLUS  smartphone.
5. Then press and hold a combination key Power button + Volume Down.

6. The phone will vibrate and show Oppo Logo on screen, but all button is still pressed.
   
7. Now, release All button when your phone show language choice on screen.

9. Now select English to enter ColorOS Recovery.
10. Then select Wipe Data and cache.
